Rental Terms & House Rules

These terms apply to direct bookings through the host and summarize the house rules for the Snowmass Mountain View Condo. Reservations made through Airbnb or VRBO are also governed by the applicable booking platform’s payment, cancellation, damage, refund, tax, and guest-service policies.

Guest Access

Guests have private use of the full 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo. Snowmass Club amenities are not included. The nearby Snowmass Recreation Center may be available for a small fee paid directly to that facility.

Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in is after 4:00 PM.
• Checkout is before 10:00 AM.
• Self check-in is available with keypad access.

Occupancy and Age Requirement

• Maximum occupancy is 4 guests.
• The primary renter must be at least 25 years old per Homeowners Association rules.

During Your Stay

• No smoking or vaping.
• No pets or animals are allowed.
• Quiet hours are 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• No parties or events.
• Please remove shoes at the door and place shoes on the mat.
• Shut off the grill and gas after use.
• Clean the dryer vent after use.
• Do not clean out the fireplace. Leave ashes in the fireplace; they will be cleaned after departure.

Before You Leave

• Gather used towels.
• Take trash to the dumpsters across the parking lot.
• Wash dishes and leave the condo reasonably clean.
• Turn things off before departing.
• Return keys as instructed.

Safety Devices

Carbon monoxide and smoke alarms are installed.

Damage, Excess Cleaning, and Rule Violations

Guests are responsible for damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, HOA violations, or costs caused by failure to follow these rules. Charges, claims, and dispute handling are processed according to the booking platform terms or direct-booking agreement used for the reservation.

Cancellations and Payments

For Airbnb and VRBO reservations, cancellation terms, payment schedules, deposits, service fees, taxes, refunds, and platform protections are controlled by the selected platform at the time of booking. For direct bookings through the host, cancellation terms, payment schedules, deposits, and refunds are governed by the direct-booking agreement provided before payment.
